Shipments of Greece
Shipments are made via ACS courier and the average delivery time is estimated at 1-5 working days depending on the destination
Delivery time, concerns the working days from the date of departure and can be different depending on the cases: weather conditions, inaccessible areas, strikes, holidays, reasons of force majeure etc.
In order for each order to be considered valid, the customer must receive a
confirmation email from SIDER VALUABLE STEPS. In any other case, even if
the customer has been charged, the order is not considered valid.
The time for international shipments is 15-20 working days and the cost is determined during the order completion process and depends on the destination and the volume of the order.
For shipments in Cyprus the cost is € 10 while there is also the possibility of express shipping where the cost depends on the volume of the order and the cost starts from € 20. The time of express shipment is 2-5 working days
Return - Change - Replacement
All products purchased from the website sider.gr can be returned for replacement / change (with the same or different size) or change / replace the product selection if there is available stock. The store also reserves the right to pursue refund policy.
Return and shipping costs is Free for the First Exchange. In any other case the customer will bear the return and shipping costs (which amounts to 5 euros).
In any case the customer can contact with us for further proceedings having the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value. If the customer wish to make a change for the second time on the same product he would bear the return and shipping costs, which amounts to 5 euros, and will always run with our primary partner ACS COURIER.
Each product change will be charged shipping costs which will amounts to 16,00 euros. The change will be made within 14 days of receiving at your place with the shipping company that will be indicated to you.
Products returned should be kept in their original packaging. If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you should necessarily use another bag of your choice in order to protect adequately the inner packaging.
All footwear must be tested on carpet to avoid damages. Any product returned must be accompanied by all necessary documents received by the customer upon its reception. The new product chosen by the customer for change will be sent after receiving the initial one and provided that the store has checked that the above conditions are met. Recall that the product should be in its original condition (not used or damaged).
The changes will be accepted provided that the customer will notify the store within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
· The product should be in the original packaging.
· The product should be in the original condition (as it was at the time of delivery to the customer) and not damaged or other defects.
· The customer should call the store or via e-mail to the website www.sider.gr (details provided in the field "Contact" ") within 3 days of receipt.
· The product should be accompanied by the corresponding documents the costumer received in the receipt (receipt, invoice).
· The refund will be made within 5 working days with a deposit into a bank account specified by the customer. The customer will bear the costs of returning the product.
· Refund is possible only for purchases made electronically ( www.sider.gr) and does not apply to purchases from our stores.
Incorrect shipping product
If any customer has received a product different of their choice should be informed by phone or e-mail, shop or SIDER.GR respectively, based on the information entered in the field "Contact" on our website, within 3 days of receipt. You will be given instructions for the return and replacement, which will not bear any extra costs for the costumer.
